Exclusive Live Calls provides pay-per-call lead generation services by transferring live inbound phone calls from potential customers to service providers based on service type, location, availability, and bid price.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of calls

• Conversion rates

• Revenue or job outcomes

3. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to operate your business

• You will provide accurate account information

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You will answer calls professionally and lawfully

You are responsible for missed calls, staffing issues, and business outcomes.

4. Credit System & Billing

• Credits are purchased in advance

• Minimum purchase: 10 credits

• One credit is deducted per valid call transfer

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Credits expire after a defined period from purchase

Autopay is optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time.

5. Bidding System

• Each service area has a minimum price per call

• You may bid at or above the minimum

• Higher bids receive routing priority when volume is high

• Bid prices may be adjusted at any time

6. Credit Requests

• Credits may be requested for invalid calls as defined in our Credit & Refund Policy

• Requests must be submitted within the allowed time window

• Abuse of the credit system may result in account suspension or termination

7. Call Recording

All calls are recorded. By using the Service, you consent to call recording and agree to comply with applicable laws.

8. No Contracts

There are no long-term contracts. You may stop using the Service at any time by not purchasing additional credits.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Misrepresent your business

• Abuse credit requests

• Resell or redistribute calls

• Attempt to manipulate routing or billing systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exclusive Live Calls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws as determined by Exclusive Live Calls.
