Consumer Consent

Marketing partners are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before initiating communications with consumers.

Consumers should knowingly and voluntarily submit their information through advertisements, forms, websites, landing pages, or other approved marketing channels.

Prohibited Practices

Exclusive Live Calls prohibits:

• Unsolicited telemarketing activities.

• Illegal robocalls or prerecorded messages.

• Artificially generated calls.

• Incentivized call traffic.

• Misleading advertisements.

• Deceptive marketing tactics.

• Fraudulent lead generation practices.

Partner Responsibilities

All partners are responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with applicable regulations, including but not limited to:

• TCPA requirements.

• FTC regulations.

• State consumer protection laws.

• Advertising compliance standards.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Exclusive Live Calls reserves the right to review, investigate, reject, suspend, or terminate any traffic source, campaign, partner, or account that appears to violate applicable laws or compliance standards.
